CarProof Name Change
On October 29, 2018, CarProof will officially be changing its name to CARFAX Canada. For those already using CarProof, you may have questions about the changes and we’ve got a few answers. What Changes Will Customers Notice?
When changed to CARFAX Canada, the logos and colors used will also be changing on the website, invoices, products and any other place you may notice it. To follow suit, the marketing materials will also change in color and design. Once the official name change has been completed, the dealer portal will also change over to dealer.carfax.ca, but all login information will remain the same.
What Will Not Change?
CarProof – when changed to CARFAX Canada – will not be changing their product line, locations, contact information, login information, report data or product prices. This ensures that their customers are still able to get exactly what they want, just under a different name.
