Have you ever wanted to make a difference in the world?
Repairing flood damage in Haiti after Hurricane Sandy
One day we asked ourselves that. We had lots of happy customers and we were making our livings selling lots of vehicles but was that it?
So we teamed up with Compassion Canada and our customers to make a lasting difference in the lives of some Haitian kids to give them hope. Every time you buy a vehicle from us we sponsor a child in Haiti in your name for a month. These children get an education, basic nutrition, and a shot at a better life, a shot that we often take for granted as a basic right here at home. Since 2009, before Haiti’s earthquake caught the world’s attention, we have partnered with our customers to sponsor approximately 60 kids, month in and month out! I wonder what they would say to all of us if we met them?
In 2011 many staff, including mechanics, salesmen, and ownership, went to down to Haiti to help build a school. And since then we have continued to send staff there every year working on ongoing projects. Surprisingly we went to give but received so much back from these amazing people.
In fact many of us have been to Haiti and met kids whose lives were changed through sponsorship!

But there are needs and opportunities here at home too! Campbell’s and The Car Store are partners with Harvest House in Moncton to help feed homeless people and give them a chance to get off the streets.

We also support Teen Challenge in Memramcook, an unusually effective drug rehabilitation program.
And for fun, we supply the Riverview Minor Basketball Association with jerseys every year. The slogan on each jersey is meant to make us all smile a bit:
“I promise to buy my first car from Campbell’s Auto.”
Who can resist the smiles of happy kids! Thanks to Sam G. Cormier Photography for the great pictures of the junior sports stars.
